Truly Madly Deeply

Truly Madly Deeply offer swinging performances of uptempo Jazz, warm and intimate ballads & lovely latin grooves.
Featuring Paris Payne on Sultry Vocals, Jude Russell on Swinging Keyboards ,Bruce Armstrong on Sexy Bass Groove, Jan Palethorpe on Sassy Violin & Daryl Eastcott on Silky Smooth Drums.
Early classical training with a tempestuous opera diva laid a foundation of technique - but Paris' musical direction was steered the first time she heard Vince Jones - whom she still cites as an influence.
Paris' sound is reminiscent of a 1940' nightclub singer, with her suave and smooth vocal style reminiscent of an early Julie London. (Sunday Independent music review)
She offers stylish interpretations of 1920's -1940's music ranging through Sultry Ballads, Swing and Latin Groove.
Paris works with numerous musicians as a duo or for larger events with The Lost Art of Woo a fabulous trio. Sax, harmonica and accordion can also feature in a larger lineup.
